During an initial consultation, you tell us what your have in mind – your dream, vision and current position. Afterwards, we will do a free site visit and discuss feasibility, gather more information so that we can better identify your goals and create a list. We will then provide a bird’s eye vision consultation with an initial investment based on current information.

Step 2

LET’S PLAN

Time to get serious. After completing step 1, it’s time to sign a preliminary contract with The Munroe Development. Immediately, we will dig in and start planning your project. As general contractors, we work seamlessly with your architect and designer. We can also provide these services and take care of every aspect to put your vision in black and white – paper. The team is set. Our highly-trained and experienced team and partners will work towards your design and architecture. If you have your drawings, time to move on. Get the conceptual drawings approved and we get all required permits. Now, it’s time to finalize the design and required investment.

Step 3

LET’S BUILD

Activation of the project. You will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will communicate with you. Everything you need to know about your project will be readily available: schedule, budget, pictures and documents. Your project is ready to take flight. Working together is our certified project manager, site supervisor, foreman and other team members. Reliable suppliers and proven trades coordination and teamwork. We continue to communicate which is key. Multiple dialogue with your project manager, site supervisor and office. Our work is environmentally responsible. We value engineering and innovative building.

Step 4

LET’S WRAP UP

Your project vision becomes a reality. We complete the project paying attention to the last detail. Our team and partners are knowledgeable, experiences and high-trained with the capability to deliver high quality projects successfully. Permits are closed. We remit project documents and warranty and sign off. We also offer ongoing care and a maintenance plan. The pleasure was all ours!
